What’s a skill you admire in others but haven't pursued yourself?

Baking bread. My attempts always resemble hockey pucks. It's messy, precise, and requires patience I lack. Store bought is fine.

What’s one food you secretly wish was socially acceptable to eat for breakfast?

Meh, nachos. Like, the whole thing. Load it up. I wouldn't care if people stared.

What’s a small thing that consistently brightens your day?

lol no.

Are old books or new releases more appealing?

I am reading a new biography of Joan Didion, it’s not great. I just want to find something with slightly more grit.

I'm really a team player at heart, I love bouncing ideas off other people and hearing their perspectives, it's just that sometimes I get a little too excited and start dominating the conversation, sorry not sorry

Ugh, kids.

"New releases, every time. I’ve been trying to reread *Beloved* for years, and every time it just feels…stuffy. I’d rather discover something"

Yeah, sometimes the familiar just loses its pull.
